		Karen R. DePalma Attorney at Law Karen DePalma began her law career in Provincetown, MA in 1980, and has maintained a practice there since then, representing a wide-range of clients throughout the country. She brings to her profession a variety of experience beginning with her early years as a general practitioner, and later specializing in real estate and business law, together with a hands on and personal approach to every client’s needs. She has represented individuals, businesses and financial institutions in residential and commercial financing transactions and acquisitions, condominium construction and conversion projects, and numerous other related matters. She is a Massachusetts Land Court Examiner, an issuing agent for the First American Title Insurance Company and of the Barnstable County Bar Association, and served on the Board of Directors of the Masachusetts Real Estate Bar Association from 2007 to 2009.


		Kelly Williams Closing Specialist Kelly Williams is the contact person and transaction tracker for closings. She comes to us with a broad skill base and has over 28 years of experience in legal and business related matters. She brings to the firm a wealth of expertise and strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Always pleasant and willing to lend a hand, she will guide you through your closing process with a minimum of stress.
