		Karen R. DePalma Attorney at Law Karen DePalma began her law career in Provincetown, MA in 1980, and has maintained a practice there for 26 years, representing a wide-range of clients throughout the country. She brings to her profession a variety of experience beginning with her early years as a general practitioner, and later specializing in real estate and business law, together with a hands on and personal approach to every client’s needs. She has represented individuals, businesses and financial institutions in residential and commercial financing transactions and acquisitions, condominium construction and conversion projects, and numerous other related matters. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association, a Massachusetts Land Court Examiner, an issuing agent for the First American Title Insurance Company, a member of the Barnstable County Bar Association and a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.


		Henryk Tyszka Closing Specialist Ryk Tyszka is the contact person and transaction tracker for closing matters. He comes to us with a broad skill base and has over 25 years of experience in high-tech software engineering, and development and management in banking. He has also been a municipal treasurer/collector and a water billing specialist for the town of Provincetown. He brings to the firm a wealth of expertise in the municipal, banking and internet technology areas. Always pleasant and willing to lend a hand, he will guide you through your closing process with a minimum of stress.


		Lynne Tudor Legal Assistant Lynne Tudor has been with the firm for more than 20 years. Lynne’s success at the firm is derived from her commitment to professionalism and dedication to our clients. She achieves great satisfaction in helping our clients to insure that they have a positive experience, and is proud to have been instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of ethics and professionalism inherent in our practice.
